With this, you can see how much files are still left on your system. It literally uses the programs built in installer(when applicable) and then allows you to do a further scan for traces. By far, and I mean by faaaarrrrrr, Revo is the best one out there. I have tried many, including the one's that make the top 10 list each year.
Windows does not do a good job of removing everything with its built in Uninstaller. Thanks to our much beloved Windows(can you hear the irony), between updating, resetting and all the other fun things, one of the software that I have always looked for and purchased is an Uninstaller.
To sum it up, I agree with the other reviews and recommend this app and think it should be the first thing folks download after setting up their OS because transparency seems to be scarce when it comes to most software so may as well get the best virtual detective out there! Get Revo Uninstaller! Now! Nothing worked including attempting safe mode which only accomplished the same thing! I almost considered doing a system restore until I found this game changing software that not only cleaned out the pesky installing dilemma from the questionable app, it targeted over 400 different files that the same malicious app apparently scattered all over my computer. I had a program that wouldn't uninstall and, to rub salt in the wound, also began to install when I tried uninstalling it. This is hands down the best app clearing software I've ever come across! Other apps boast cleaning up the clutter that builds up, but usually only tackles the bulk and leaves, sometimes essential, files behind like the installer file as well as visible shortcuts.
